Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Scoremojo ("Scoremojo", "we", "us"). By creating an account, taking a mock, or subscribing, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are under 18, you may use Scoremojo only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. What Scoremojo provides

Scoremojo provides online practice tests, timed practice tests, automated scoring, and study analytics for exams including the Digital SAT, EST, and ACT. Our practice materials are preparation tools; they are not the official exams and we do not administer, score, or influence any official test.

We may add, change, or retire content, exams, and features over time as we improve the platform.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Self-serve access is sold as a monthly subscription, per exam track. Each subscription renews automatically at the end of every monthly period until you cancel. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you pay; prices may be displayed in your local currency and charged in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) through our payment provider.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it will not renew after that. Your past results and score history remain readable after a subscription ends.

Students who receive access through a teacher, school, or tutoring centre do not pay individually — that access is granted by the organisation and is not a paid subscription.

4. Acceptable use

Your account is for you alone. Sharing your login, or letting anyone else use your subscription, is not permitted — one account, one person.

The platform, its software and its interface, together with the material we author ourselves — including our answer keys and explanations — belong to Scoremojo or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Where a paper reproduces official exam questions verbatim, the rights in those questions stay with the body that published them: we claim no ownership of them, and no licence, permission, partnership, or endorsement from that body, as set out in section 5. Either way the restriction on you is the same — use the material for your own exam preparation only. You may not copy, scrape, record, republish, resell, or distribute any part of the item bank, whether manually or with automated tools, and you may not access the platform through bots, crawlers, or scrapers.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and not to use Scoremojo for anything unlawful.

5. Our content and intellectual property

Scoremojo's practice material comes from two sources, and we identify which is which. Some papers reproduce questions verbatim from exams and practice material that the examining body has itself published; for each of those we record the publisher, the exam, and — where the source is a past sitting — the administration it came from, and we show you that attribution on the paper and again in your review. The rest is written in-house by our content team to the published exam blueprint. Answer keys and explanations are Scoremojo's own work throughout.

Where we reproduce someone else's material, the rights in that material stay with its owner. We claim no ownership of it, and no licence, permission, partnership, or endorsement from the examining body. Everything else on Scoremojo — the questions we write ourselves, our answer keys and explanations, the scoring and analytics, the branding, and the software — is owned by Scoremojo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the platform and its content for your own exam preparation while your account is in good standing. That licence is ours to give only for the material we own; it gives you no right in a third party's material beyond your own personal study. All other rights are reserved.

6. Disclaimers

Scoremojo is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board, EST administrators, or ACT, Inc. All third-party exam names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Practice performance is an estimate, not a promise. We do not guarantee any particular score, admission, or outcome on an official exam. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scoremojo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any exam outcome, arising from your use of Scoremojo. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Scoremojo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Egypt, unless local mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
