Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and {LEGAL_NAME} ("Scoremojo", "we", "us"). By creating an account, taking a mock, or subscribing, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are under 18, you may use Scoremojo only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

Scoremojo provides online practice tests, adaptive mock exams, automated scoring, and study analytics for exams including the Digital SAT, EST, and ACT. Our practice materials are preparation tools; they are not the official exams and we do not administer, score, or influence any official test.

We may add, change, or retire content, exams, and features over time as we improve the platform.

Self-serve access is sold as a monthly subscription, per exam track. Each subscription renews automatically at the end of every monthly period until you cancel. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you pay; prices may be displayed in your local currency and charged in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) through our payment provider.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it will not renew after that. Your past results and score history remain readable after a subscription ends.

Students who receive access through a teacher, school, or tutoring centre do not pay individually — that access is granted by the organisation and is not a paid subscription.

Your account is for you alone. Sharing your login, or letting anyone else use your subscription, is not permitted — one account, one person.

Our questions, explanations, and mock exams are original, copyrighted work. You may use them for your own exam preparation only. You may not copy, scrape, record, republish, resell, or distribute any part of the item bank, whether manually or with automated tools, and you may not access the platform through bots, crawlers, or scrapers.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and not to use Scoremojo for anything unlawful.

Every question, explanation, and mock on Scoremojo is human-authored and original. Nothing is scraped or copied from real exams. All content, branding, and software are owned by {LEGAL_NAME} or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own preparation while your account is in good standing. All other rights are reserved.

Scoremojo is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board, EST administrators, or ACT, Inc. All third-party exam names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Practice performance is an estimate, not a promise. We do not guarantee any particular score, admission, or outcome on an official exam. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, {LEGAL_NAME} is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any exam outcome, arising from your use of Scoremojo. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Scoremojo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Egypt, unless local mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
