New to Scoremojo? If you've submitted fewer than 2 mocks in the first 7 days of your first subscription, we'll refund it. Refunds return to your card in 5–10 business days.
1. Our 7-day guarantee
We want you to try Scoremojo with confidence. If you subscribe to a track for the first time and it isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of that first payment — provided you've submitted fewer than 2 mocks on that track.
2. What's eligible
The guarantee applies to your first subscription on a track. The following are not eligible:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the first payment.
- Subscriptions where 2 or more mocks have already been submitted.
- Renewals — the guarantee covers only your first paid period on a track.
- Access granted by a teacher, school, or tutoring centre, which is not a paid subscription.
3. How to request a refund
Email {LEGAL_EMAIL} (or message us on WhatsApp) from the address on your account and tell us which track you'd like refunded. We'll confirm eligibility and process it.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider back to the original card or wallet. When a refund is issued, access to that track is removed. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
5. Cancelling instead of refunding
If you're past the guarantee window, you can still cancel any time from your billing page to stop future renewals. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your past results stay readable.
