Refund Policy

We want you to try Scoremojo with confidence. If you subscribe to a track for the first time and it isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of that first payment — provided you've submitted fewer than 2 mocks on that track.

The guarantee applies to your first subscription on a track, and we check it automatically against your account. The following are not eligible:

Open Billing in your account and find the payment in your billing history. Every payment shows whether it is covered by the guarantee — if it is, use "Request refund" and tell us why (optional). If it is not covered, the page tells you exactly which condition was not met.

Your request goes straight to our team with the eligibility check already attached. You can see its status on the same screen, and we notify you as soon as it is decided. If you would rather talk to a person — or you think the check got it wrong — contact us at support@scoremojo.com or on WhatsApp and we will look at it ourselves.

Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider back to the original card or wallet. Access to that track is removed when the provider confirms the refund, not before — so nothing is taken away while a request is still being reviewed. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

If you're past the guarantee window, you can still cancel any time from your billing page to stop future renewals. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your past results stay readable.
